FERNANDA RESEGUE
LILIA MAWSON
Fernanda Resegue and Lilia Abreu-Mawson are behavior architects who specialize in leadership development, organizational and team effectiveness and conflict resolution. They brings a unique approach to their engagements and interventions, applying 45+ years of combined experience in various multinational companies, such as Unilever, Pernod Ricard, Mondelez, Hewlett-Packard and Rohm and Haas. They facilitates learning and transformation using techniques grounded in research in areas including the science of human performance, experiential learning, intentional change models and behavioral design. Before becoming leadership and team facilitators, Fernanda and Lilia enjoyed an accomplished career in B2B & B2C finance, marketing and strategy. They held several global leadership roles, including Head of Consumer Insight & Strategy and Marketing Director and Finance Director. They work with organizations to optimize learning cycles, improve collaborative leadership skills and enhance team effectiveness . They are also part of Yale School of Management faculty, proving leadership coaching to MBA and EMBA students.
