In order to increase individual and team self-awareness and identify obstacles in the path to high performance, we apply assessments and analytical tools, including: individual interviews, 360° feedback, NBI (neuroscience-based), interpersonal dynamics, conflict management, team surveys, personality testing and emotional intelligence.
