STRUCTURE AND PROCESS
We partner with the Leadership Team to establish appropriate structure, design and conditions that will best support Organization strategy.
Through an executive workshop, the top management team undergo the process of cascading their strategy into an operating model, organizational structure and processes, that includes: rethinking how to operate, developing metrics, and clarifying decision rights. Leaders will be better equipped to translate the larger organizational strategy to their own work and those on their teams.
This programs will support Organizational efficiency by making sure information flows where it needs to go, new processes are well understood and change is clearly communicated, ensuring alignment and accountability around goals.
EXECUTE
We assist top leaders in successfully executing Organization strategy.
Implementing change presents challenges and opportunities as working across silos, decreasing sense of uncertainty, communicating priorities, reducing noise, dealing with resistance and making decisions in unstable and often distributed environments.
Leaders will be equipped to facilitate coordination across business units, allocate time and other resources that maximize chances of success, recognize and respond appropriately to complex situations, while adopting an adaptive mindset to better help others through the change process.
Execute program provides leaders with tools to navigate the impacts of external and internal forces, and align the Organization on top priorities while adapting approaches and process for a successful strategy execution.
