Diagnosis is vital to guide organizational change. This program provides new and relevant insights into current Organizational effectiveness, addressing both internal dynamics and external relationship with stakeholders and recognizing operating strengths and limitations.

Organizational culture is the basic values, norms, beliefs, and ways of interacting among members of the organization. A well-designed culture aligns with strategy and desired results, and is the basis of the high-performance organizations.

New mechanisms, systems, processes and expectations must be in place before mindsets and behaviors transition towards the “new way” of performing.
